do you manage our social media accounts?
no, and that’s intentional. warmly produces content and hands it over. you (or your team) handle the posting however and whenever you want. no login access needed, and you have total control of your account.
what areas do you cover?
warmly is based in swansea and primarily covers the south Wales region. major travel outside of this area is covered on a case by case basis – get in touch to discuss.
how long does a shoot take?
typically 2–4 hours on location depending on the package. the studio package covers a full shoot day, and thus facilitates the capture of more content. editing happens afterwards in our own time.
what do I need to prepare for a shoot?
not much – warmly will send a shot list and brief beforehand so you know exactly what to expect. just show up as you are and let us handle the rest.
can I request specific content styles?
absolutely, and in fact we encourage this. warmly works to your brief – if you have any reference content, a moodboard, or specific ideas, feel free to share them before the shoot and we’ll incorporate them.
how are revisions handled?
every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. feedback is shared via a simple review link – no lengthy email chains, just clear notes and fast turnaround.
are these introductory prices?
yes – warmly is in its early stages and these rates reflect that. prices will increase as the portfolio and client base grows, so locking in now means you benefit from the introductory rate.
